This module was developed in partnership with Margaret Barron, Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of South Australia and author of 'The Fundamentals of Business Law', and introduces the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and its objectives. It will cover the major amendments to the Act, Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the role of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
